MPW Launches Property and Asset Management division
MPW Consultancy is expanding its offer with the launch of a dedicated asset management business, marking significant growth in the group’s place-based advisory services.
The expansion reflects growing demand from clients for end-to-end support, from strategic advice through to long-term stewardship and operational delivery.
Established in Bangor, North Wales in 2024, the business was founded to provide expert bilingual advice and strategic support to shopping centre owners and public and third sector partners leading high street regeneration across Wales and the wider UK.
The property and asset management business offers the following services:
Active management of retail and mixed-use assets to ensure long-term commercial viability through strategic occupancy and carefully curated tenant mix.
Comprehensive services in facilities, financial and car park management.
Strategic destination marketing that positions places to attract visitors, investment and occupiers.
Medi Parry Williams, Founder of MPW, said:
“We’re thrilled to be expanding the MPW Group so that we’re not only advising asset owners what they should do with their centres, we’re actively delivering and ensuring action is sustained over time.
“Launching MPW Property & Asset Management allows us to bridge the gap, ensuring our strategies are implemented in a way that creates commercially viable assets as well as genuinely supporting their place and local communities.”
The business is supported by the Government’s national innovation agency, Innovate UK, which provides a platform for scaling the model across the UK.
The expansion will create new jobs ready to roll out the new services with immediate effect. MPW has already agreed a two-year asset management deal with owners of the 120,000 sq ft Menai Centre based in Bangor, North Wales with further announcements to follow.
The Menai Centre will join MPW’s existing client base of nine, which includes RivingtonHark, Bangor City Council and Menter Môn.
The business will continue to operate as a consultancy, further developing the systems, partnerships and expertise required to deliver asset management at scale.
The announcement comes at a time when retail and town centre assets face ongoing structural change and owners are seeking more integrated, commercially realistic and socially grounded approaches to management.
MPW works across public, private and third sectors, supporting organisations and businesses involved in town and city centre regeneration. For more information about MPW Property and Asset Management, please visit www.mpwproperty.co.uk
